I won’t bore you with an endless preamble framing or contextualizing a film that…at this point…needs neither framing or contextualizing.
Here’s the review – probably one of many we’re likely to receive for this film. It’s by Toke, and we appreciate him taking the time to send it in. The short & sweet: “good but not great.”

Seems the height of irony to have this nicely done review of a highly reverent film sharing the AICN front page with Capone’s review of a documentary about priests molesting children. But, I suppose we can deem this “equal time” and move one.
In case you haven’t heard about this project, it’s from Catherine Hardwicke, a production designer (TOMBSTONE, 2 DAYS IN THE VALLEY, THREE KINGS and VANILLA SKY) turned director (LORDS OF DOGTOWN), and is written by Mike Rich (FINDING FORRESTER).
