It may not be out quite yet, but thanks to some cloak and dagger device-getting NVIDIA’s GeForce 9800 GX2 has gotten its first round of early tests. Sounds like it’s got a few premature driver issues, but it’s still a contender. If your interests lie in the world of high res framerates, check it out.

Clinton/Obama Sharply Divides Dems

It’s unclear exactly when the primaries stopped being a joyous occasion for the Democrats. But as the weeks have ground on, the intensity between Democrats who disagree has calcified, the vitriol grown fiercer. According to exit polling in the Texas primary, 91 percent of Clinton supporters said they would be dissatisfied with Obama as the nominee; 87 percent of Obama fans said they would be dissatisfied with Clinton. Nationally, a quarter of those who back Clinton say they’d vote for John McCain if Obama won the nomination (while just 10 percent of Obama supporters would do the same if he lost)

Pilot: I Shot Down ‘Little Prince’

Horst Rippert, an 88-year old former pilot of Germany’s Luftwaffe, has said in a forthcoming book that he may have killed French writer and war pilot Antoine de Saint-Exupery in 1944. Saint-Exupery, who achieved worldwide fame with his fairy-tale-like book The Little Prince, died in mysterious circumstances when his plane came down near Marseilles while on a reconnaissance mission. His body has never been found.
